Thanksgiving Yoga event Saturday 11/24 @ 11am

Dear Yoginis,

I hope all of you are enjoying this special holiday week with our loved ones in this absolutely gorgeous weather…

Now after the “feast” is winding down, it is time for an uplifting, fun and creative practice of “gratitude in movement”.

So why don’t make time on Saturday morning for a yoga practice that will ‘wow’ your body, mind and soul.

This class will be taught as a masterclass with less instruction, but more practice. It is not suited for total beginners and my recommendation would be that you should be with us for at least 3months of practice or have an established yoga practice for yourself.

We will

• “recover” from all the goodies, that found their way into our bellies over the last days,
• detoxify our glands,
• stretch like “dogs and cats, cows and crows, fly like the eagle and the bird of paradise, bend like the cobra and camel”,
• breath to purify every cell in our body
• AND connect to this one moment in time with the light within us…

So peel yourself out of bed on Saturday, smile your brightest smile, and get ready to SHINE…

November Special Monday Night Series @ 5:45pm

Dear Yoginis,

this November our special Monday night yoga series will be :

“LEARN HOW TO PROPERLY USE YOGA PROPS”

We will learn the importance of using yoga props to safely deepen our postures. Correct and incorrect usage will be discussed and hands on correction for each Yogini will be given.

Please bring your own blanket and blocks if you have them.

Come and join us for a fun and playful way to expand your yoga practice. Beginners are very welcome. This is an excellent way to start your yoga journey…

Special Guest Dr. Gulrukh Bala

Dear Yoginis,

I am delighted to announce that Dr. Gulrukh Bala on her visit to Atlanta has agreed to speak at SSY and share her wisdom with us.

Dr. Bala is an Ascended Master and the founder of Heartlight Ascension, which is supramental yoga. Supramental means that one perceives an experience with every fiber of one’s being; physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
