Using parachute webbing, on old jujitsu belt and ingenuity, Randy made the first incarnation of today’s TRX Suspension Trainer.

Today TRX Suspension Training marks the beginning of an entirely new movement in physical training becoming the most versatile total-body workout on the planet. Forget about “pumping iron” and running miles and miles to stay in shape. TRX offers a proven sports performance solution that will enhance your fitness while aiding injury prevention.

REGISTRATION DETAILS for all class series:

  • Class series are limited and can be registered only as the entire series. There are no drop-ins.
  • Registration and payment for any of the class series has to be completed before the first class of the chosen series. Your spot will only be secured through payment of the entire series.
  • The first 5 students who register and pay for any of the class series above will receive a semi-private class with Emme.
